Our weekly programme covers every aspect of image creation and presentation, interspersed with merit competitions and visiting exhibitions. On other nights of the week members can take part in specialist groups covering digital imaging, darkroom techniques, black & white groups, portrait evenings and natural history photography.

As well as practical workshops, SPS runs a varied selection of photographic courses aimed at beginners through to intermediate and advanced workers.

The SPS International Exhibition of Photography affords members the opportunity to view high quality images created by photographers from all over the world.

Our very active photo-trips management team organise photographic opportunities, ranging from nights out at various sporting events to European adventures.
