group offers members an informal and practical approach to
acquiring the necessary technical skills required for successful
photography, including film processing and printing. Those
attending have access to the Society's darkroom and studio

Group offers SPS Members the opportunity to work with experienced
models in a professionally equipped studio. Help is available
to newcomers in studio work. A charge is made at each meeting
to cover model fees. Photographs taken at these sessions can
be entered into internal and external competitions, but must
not be used for commercial purposes without the permission
of both the Society and the model concerned.
Meets 2nd Wednesday evening between Nov-April at 8pm. Field meetings between May-Oct

The meetings are designed to improve your knowledge of a wide
range of natural history subjects and the best ways to photograph
Meets 3rd Friday of each month at 8pm

Normally 3rd Friday Evening of each Month(See Programme) The group will focus on a number of subjects including obtaining Photographic Distinctions, entering A/V competitions using PTE software, Monochrome skills,and digital software.
Each Evening will be led by Photographers competent in the subject, with the specific aim of raising your standards and aspirations.

This newly formed group will stimulate awareness in local events of photographic interest by sharing ideas, publicising dates, venues and going out to take photographs.
